Event Sponsorship...
Redwood Coast Belly Dance Festival is a fun event for the whole family to enjoy featuring a full weekend of Middle Eastern Dance performances, workshops, and lots of shopping! Many local and out-of-town guest dancers come together to celebrate their love of dance. This festival is the largest annual event produced by Shoshanna and Mosaic Productions, a program of local non-profit Ink People Center for the Arts. Our mission is to produce fabulous Middle Eastern music and dance events for our local community to enjoy.
The festival helps us raise the funds needed to produce other events throughout the year, and to offer very inexpensive or free cultural lectures and workshops in music and dance when we bring in guest artists for concerts and events. This coming year we hope to offer local schools free presentations for their assemblies or classrooms.
Now more than ever it is important to seek ways to bridge cultures and we believe that fostering connections between cultures through music and dance is a wonderful way to do so! With your generosity we can make our festival a real success in raising funds to help with our goals throughout the year. Your gift is tax-deductable. We hope you can come and enjoy the festival, too.... it will be marvelous!
- Friend of the Festival ... $50
We’ll list you on our website, in our event program along with a business card size ad (if you’d like), and give you two tickets to the festival. Donating an item for drawings at the event of retail value of $40 or more that will make you a Friend of the Festival, too!
- Star ... $100
We’ll list you on our website, in our event program along with a half page size ad, list you and your logo on event signage, and give you four tickets to the festival!
- Superstar ... $250
We’ll list you on our website, in our event program along with a full page size ad, list you and your logo on event signage, give you eight tickets to the festival and two meal coupons with our food vendor!
- Underwriter ... $500 and up
All of the above, plus 12 tickets, 4 meal coupons, a special gift, and special mention by the announcer both days!

Program Advertising...
- Our program will be 8.5" x 14" folded over, and will be black & white.
- AD SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 10th
Please submit digital files for your ad if possible in one of the following formats: pdf, eps, tif, ai, indd, or super high quality jpg at 300 dpi. All images must be at least 200 dpi. No Publisher or Word files! If applicable, convert text to outlines, flatten photoshop files, and embed or include linked objects. Questions?

Vendors will receive a free listing in the vendor directory as part of their vending fee. Additional vending listings may be added for $10.00 each

We will have a very nice, neat flyer table set up for you to advertise. There will be special displays for business cards and post cards, so don't leave them at home!
